The 408 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the required age criteria.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full suite of 408 services, you are required to register a valid user account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 408 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.
- Registration details must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Users must notify 408 immediately if they become aware of any unauthorised access to their account.
- 408 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security purposes.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be suspended or closed.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 408 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities against other users. This includes, but is not limited to, identity fraud, use of automated software (bots), manipulation of payment systems, or any form of misconduct.
You acknowledge that all bets placed are entirely at your own discretion and risk. The 408 platform does not guarantee any winnings from betting. All game outcomes are final and not subject to dispute, except in the case of verifiable technical errors.
- Use of the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Users may not share accounts or transfer account balances to other users.
- Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 408 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including bank transfers, FPX, and local e-wallets.
408 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the 408 account holder. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be declined.
- Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the method selected.
- 408 reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transaction pending the completion of an investigation.
- Any fees or charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
- Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly.
